10 Beautiful Blush Furniture Transformations

I don’t care what anyone says – pink will always be my favourite colour. In an attempt to live together peacefully, I agreed upon us moving in together that I wouldn’t paint any walls pink. Did I agree not to bring in any pink or blush furniture?

Not a chance.

I have all sorts of plans (especially for my home office/craft room!) to bring in some more pink, including a blush pink furniture makeover on a cabinet I painted a few years back. It’s currently blue and white, which is fine, but it’s just not getting full use where it currently is so I’ll relocate it + give it a makeover to fit the new space.

What colour? A beautiful blush pink. I’ve been scouring Pinterest and adding so. many. pins to my Beautiful Paint Transformations board that feature beautiful shades of pink blush furniture. Some brighter pinks work there way in too, but today I’m focusing on ten of my favourite blush furniture transformations!

1. Fred & Bessie’s Blush Pink Quilt Cabinet
The blush pink, the adorable quilts inside – this piece is exactly what my dreams are made of. I seriously can’t get enough of this blush furniture piece, especially the little chippy areas that give it that ‘it’s been like this for one hundred years’ charm. Fred & Bessie’s knocked it all the way out of the park with this one.

2. A Lovely Recovery’s Blush + Dark Wood Dresser
Not only is this dresser a beautiful shade of pink, but how cute are those striped drawers?? Lining drawers is such a small way to make such a big impact – and much easier to swap out for a style change than repainting the entire piece!

3. Cuckoo 4 Design’s Blush Pink Dresser
I can’t get enough of the pink + gold combo here!  Mostly pink, with just the slightest hints of gold on the handles and details of the drawers.  As someone who is planning a pink and gold home office makeover (see my inspiration here), I love this combo.

4. Garvin & Co’s Curvy Dresser
How cure are the little curvy details on the bottom of this dresser? You can tell this dresser was made for a little girls’ room and those little round knobs just take it to the next level.

5. McKenna Bleu’s Modern Blush Dresser
Definitely one of the more modern, slightly brighter pieces of the bunch – and I love it! She shares her entire Boho Inspired Home Office in this post and I wish I could just live in that space. I’m also in love with the pink skirt she’s wearing in some of the photos, but that’s a whole different topic!

6. Nesting with Grace’s Blush Dresser
When I was growing up, I shared a room with my sister and it NEVER looked this cohesive! We couldn’t agree on wall colours, so we each got to choose a colour for two walls. I obviously chose pink, and she chose yellow, which made for a really random room. Nothing at all as beautiful as this room shared by Nesting with Grace. There are so many soft, muted colours going on that the blush furniture ties it all together, rather than standing out.

I really wish I could live in this room, but I’ll settle for one day creating a similar feel for my kids, because it is much more stylish than my room was growing up (sorry Mom).

7. Prodigal Pieces’ Vintage Blush Vanity
I’ve been a follower of Prodigal Pieces for a while and so I love virtually every piece she transforms – but this one is seriously adorable! She took what used to be a plain desk, paired it with a mirror she already had on hand and made this beautiful vanity. I also love the dark stained top for a bit of contrast!

8. The Splattered Smock’s Blush Pink Dresser
This charming little dresser is ah-dorable. Those curvy legs paired with the straight edges and beautiful carved details… I just can’t get enough of this one. I’ve been looking for a buffet or sideboard in a similar style and I would LOVE to give it a similar blush furniture makeover!

9 & 10. Vintage Storehouse & Co’s Blush Nightstand & Dresser
Not only did Kelsey from Vintage Storehouse & Co paint this beautiful blush dresser – she did a matching nightstand, too! This is one of my favourites on the list with the dark wood top on the dresser for some contrast and lightly waxed accents for the nightstand. How adorable would these look in a little girls bedroom oasis? Fit for a princess.

Which piece is your favourite? I know pink isn’t for everyone, but you can’t deny how beautiful these blush furniture transformations are! Have you ever given an old, dated piece of furniture a makeover?  I’d love to see!
